Free shipping for orders over $75. Free shipping and the $8.95 shipping for orders under $75 are for the Contiguous USA (aka lower 48 states) only.
If you are ordering outside the Contiguous USA (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, Australia, International, APO/FPO/DPO, etc.) - You will be contacted with any additional shipping charges after you order - if applicable - if you did not select the additional cost shipping options under the $8.95 or Free shipping price line.
Please note: International customers MUST include a phone number when placing your order. The shipping label software will not proceed without a phone number unlike in the olden days.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CONTIGUOUS USA:
Flat rate shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international customers. We do ship to Alaska or Hawaii with no extra charges as long the order is small enough to fit in USPS Priority Flat Rate Boxes or bags.
Shipping costs $8.95 for orders at and under $74.99.
Please include Business Name, Apartment, Lot, Unit, Room or Suite Number if applicable.
With the exception of orders containing 36”or 48’ dowels, if you are ordering by PO, you may deduct the shipping if over $100.00, and the invoice is paid (postmarked) within 30 days. Due to very substantial increases in shipping for dowels, all PO orders that contain such dowels must pay the full freight amount. PO customers may contact us for clarification, and may still get free freight if paying by credit card or ACH prior to shipping.
For Faster Shipping or International customers - During the checkout process you will see other shipping prices below the flat rate shipping price (either $8.95 or free). These prices are for faster shipping like overnight UPS or 2 day air UPS or FedEx. Select these extra cost shipping options if you want your item to reach you faster.
Orders with UPS overnight shipping placed after 3 pm EST will be shipped out on the next business day due to
logistics.
FedEx overnight shipments must be submitted by 12:00 noon. We are closed on weekends so keep in mind when selecting expedited shipping during weekends.Special orders, unsorted bulk orders or case lot orders are full freight only, no exceptions.
We offer a walk-in option during the checkout process. Select it if you want to pick up your order from our warehouse (or pay for your orders on the phone or while shopping inside the warehouse!). You do not pay for shipping if you choose this option. This is also useful in case you add another order soon after your first order, that way we can
add to your original earlier order and you don't pay for additional shipping charges (flat rate shipping only).Please note that for online customers, there will be no packing slip with your boxed order. We do this to reduce costs for you. Please refer to the email you always will get right after an order, that email is your packing list, it lists everything. Phone, mail in, and fax customers will still get a packing list because they are assumed to have no internet (some are Amish). If you still want a packing list please ask for it in the comment box during the checkout process.
Please note that UPS or FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box so please list your physical address.
Customers who use PayPal needs to make certain the address in their PayPal account is correct. If it is incorrect, it will override the correct address you gave us!
We use US Mail, UPS, and FedEx for shipping domestic orders. Please make a note in the comment box when ordering if you want to use a shipping service other than US Mail or UPS or call/email us directly at 1-800-452-2739 or [email protected].
To our International customers:
We use FedEx International, and the US Postal Service to ship internationally. If using FedEx, please use the FedEx International shipping calculator at our website to find the shipping price. It is accurate, international shipping is costly, especially so for heavy orders and in some strange areas. If you prefer US Postal Service, please choose walk in for the shipping price ($0.00) and we will email you with the actual shipping quotes.
You are free to cancel the whole order if the amount is too high. We never inflate International shipping charges.
If the charges seem high, it really does costs that much and we make no money on it!
Please note that if you live outside of the United States, you may incur duty and other import taxes. These are not included in the price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to see what charges will be incurred. We cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs form.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please include the copy of your invoice along with the reason for the return.
We will not accept returns older than 30 days, unless agreed upon in advance,
or in the occasional case of defective merchandise.
