International Shipping

TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Flat rate shipping does not apply to international customers. If you are having your order shipped outside of the contiguous United States, or to an APO/FPO/DPO your shipping charge may not be correctly calculated. Watch your email for your corrected shipping cost, which must be approved by you before shipping. This may not be necessary if you choose FedEx International which is a choice provided in the shipping estimate calculator. It is, however, not perfect (we're working on it). Thank you for your patience!

International customers must include a phone number. FedEx, UPS and DHL International shipping requires a telephone number for all international shipments.
Our website does provide you a shipping estimator for FedEx International but not for DHL Express or USPS. If the actual shipping price for FedEx International is excessively higher than quoted we will contact you for additional charges which you can always refuse (we will cancel the order and refund in full then). If you have any questions about shipping charges prior to ordering we would be happy to give you a quote.  Please email us with the quantities and item numbers of the product you'll like to order.
We use DHL Express, FedEX International, and US Postal Service to ship internationally. We will email you with the least expensive options first unless you request expedited shipping. We are happy to ship internationally and promise to never inflate shipping charges on your orders outside of the USA. 
Please note that if you live outside of the United States, you may incur duty and other import taxes. These are not included in the price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to see what charges will be incurred. We cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs form; that is against American and international mailing laws.
