Shipping & Returns

Please Note:  Our Flat Rate Shipping Rates are for the Contiguous USA only.  


If you are ordering outside the Contiguous USA (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, Australia, APO/FPO/DPO, etc.) - you will be contacted with any additional shipping charges after you order - if applicable - if you did not select the additional cost shipping options under the $6.95 or Free shipping price line (we offer 1 day shipping or FedEx International or the like, you will see them when you put in your address during the checkout process).




  • $6.95 for orders at and under $74.99.

  • Orders at $75.00 and over shipping is Free within the Contiguous USA (Excepting APOs, special orders, unsorted bulk orders or case lot orders.)

  • For Faster Shipping or International customers - During the checkout process you will see other shipping prices below the flat rate shipping price (either $6.95 or free).  These prices are for faster shipping like overnight UPS or 2 day air UPS or FedEx.  Select these extra cost shipping options if you want your item to reach you faster. For FedEx International customers, please include your phone number because FedEx requires it, we are unable to ship without the phone number... (not necessary for FedEx USA customers)

  • Orders with overnight shipping placed after 3 pm EST will be shipped the next day because of logistics. We are closed on weekends so keep in mind when selecting expedited shipping during weekends.

  • Special orders, unsorted bulk orders or case lot orders are full freight only, no exceptions.

  • We offer a walk-in option during the checkout process. Select it if you want to pick up your order from our warehouse (or pay for your orders on the phone while shopping inside the warehouse).  You do not pay for shipping if you choose this option. This is also useful in case you add another order soon after your first order... that way we can add to your original earlier order and you don't pay for additional shipping charges (flat rate shipping only). 


Please list both your street address and your Post Office Box for delivery. Please note that UPS or FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Note: Please be sure to include your apartment, lot, or suite number for prompt delivery of your order.

  • We use US Mail, UPS, and FedEx for shipping domestic orders. Shipping via any other shipping services implies that responsibility for full freight, plus any pickup charges will be covered by the receiver (that would be you). Please make a note in the comment box when ordering if you want to use a shipping service other than US Mail or UPS or call/email us directly at 1-800-452-2739 or


To our International customers: 

Our website does not calculate international shipping perfectly and you will be contacted with the shipping options for your order.  We currently have FedEx international shipping which you can use the shipping estimate tool to see how much it costs - it's close but not perfect - additional charges may apply which you can always refuse and we will be happy to cancel the whole order promptly. If you have any questions about shipping charges prior to ordering we would be happy to give you a quote.  Please email us with the quantities and item numbers of the product you'll like to order.

We use DHL Express, FedEx International, and the US Postal Service to ship internationally.  We will email you with the least expensive options first unless you request expedited shipping.  We are happy to ship internationally and promise to never inflate shipping charges on your orders outside of the USA.

Please note that if you live outside of the United States, you may incur duty and other import taxes.  These are not included in the price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your customs office to see what charges will be incurred.  We cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs form; that is against American and international mailing laws.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the orginal purchase date and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Please include the copy of your invoice along with the reason for the return.  We will not accept returns older than 30 days, unless agreed upon in advance, or in the occasional case of defective merchandise.
