TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Flat rate shipping does not apply to international customers. If you are having your order shipped outside of the contiguous United States, or to an APO/FPO/DPO your shipping charge may not be correctly calculated. Watch your email for your corrected shipping cost, which must be approved by you before shipping. We used to offer a FedEx International shipping calculator online til FedEx suddenly began to charge us wildly different prices vs quoted shipping costs. This began in 2026. So we have to do quotes, cannot show the price online because it will be wildly off. Nothing to do with the weights but the surcharges later on. We are not happy about this development. It is what it is.
International customers must include a phone number. We are unable to print out the label without the phone number...
If you have any questions about shipping charges prior to ordering we would be happy to give you a quote. Please email us with the quantities and item numbers of the product you'll like to order. Or go ahead and order online, choose Walk In for shipping then we return to you with a quote. You are free to cancel the order if you do not like the international shipping price.
We use FedEX International and US Postal Service to ship internationally. We will email you with the least expensive options first unless you request expedited shipping. We are happy to ship internationally and promise to never inflate shipping charges on your orders outside of the USA.
Please note that if you live outside of the United States, you may incur duty and other import taxes. These are not included in the price or shipping cost (certain exceptions for some GlobalPost shipments which include these duties et al). These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to see what charges will be incurred. We cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs form; that is against mailing laws.
