We call them wood ball knobs but you don't have to. Some use them as drawer pulls/knobs. Others use them as finials to finish off the top of a bed post, or a fence post, or the like. Some furniture makers use them as feet!
If you are using our ball knobs as a drawer pull or knob, this screw will fit. If you are using them as a finial or a foot, you will need this double ended screw.
